Liquid

Liquid is a Proof-of-Work blockchain with a Proximal Policy Optimization layer that dynamically adjusts consensus parameters based on real-time network conditions. A simulation layer evaluates how changes in TPS affect gossip fanout, transaction propagation, latency, and throughput. The project is structured as a monorepo with dedicated blockchain, networking, node API, explorer, and simulation layers.
